To reserve your apartment, you can expect to pay the following:
• Application fee: $75 per person
• Administration fee: $200
• Refundable security deposit: based on credit approval
Other monthly fees to anticipate:
• Valet Trash Removal: $30/mo.
• Iapartment: $40/mo.
• Reserved Carport (if needed): $50/mo.
• Reserved Storage (if needed): up to $80/mo. Depending on size
• Renters Insurance with a minimum liability of $100,000 is also required before picking up your keys.
If you are bringing along your furry friends, you can also expect:
• The pet fee is $300 per pet and the pet rent is $20 per pet.
• Up to two animals per household.
• Weigh limit is 100lb.
• Breed Restrictions: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, American Staffordshire, Terriers, Chow Chow, Dalmatians, Dobermans, American Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepard, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf Hybrids, Cane Corso, Presa Camarios, or any mix thereof.
Residents are responsible for all utilities. Your water, sewer, trash, and amenity maintenance will be billed through a company called Conservice and will be payable directly to Conservice. Electricity is through Duke Energy; the account is set up by the resident for your specific apartment home. Account numbers will need to be provided at the time of move-in.
Enclosed garage parking is included in the cost of rent and 1 vehicle is permitted per licensed resident on a first come first serve basis. Reserved carports are available for $50/mo. We are unable to accommodate trailers, RV's, or off-road vehicles.
Your credit and a background check are run at the time of application. We are provided a simple approval or denial. Some denials may be able to be approved with a higher security deposit based on creditworthiness. Bankruptcies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
